| Interests & Personality | |
| I’m eager to learn new technologies and methodologies. I’m a supporter of the SAFe & Agile methodologies and love working in team, but I can also finish assignments on my own. I’m an enabler for team coherence & spirit and like to share my experience & knowledge with the team. I’m a big believer of the self-managing team instead of defining explicit responsibilities for team members. I like to share my opinion with the team but I will also listen to the opinion of others and try to find an agreement or compromise that best supports/benefits the team. I also like to coach/support team members to support & enhance the team spirit and to allow the team to function at its best. I’m an extravert and open person, that appreciates honesty and clarity. Aside from the ICT projects, I’ve also modified/implemented home/corporate automation systems (KNX, Loxone, Openhab, Home assistent, ...) and I have experience working with Raspberry PI’s and Arduino’s. This world of IoT also has my interest as it is more ‘real’ to me than writing some application that interacts with a database or a datasource. In my own home I’ve also implemented a Loxone/KNX system to control various aspects of the electrical system of our house. | |
